CRICKET PITCH
In 2011 Molesey Cricket Club proposed making a second cricket pitch on Hurst Meadows. This was strongly opposed by park users.

COMMONS REGISTRATION
The Friends of Hurst Park attempted unsucessfully to register Hurst Park on the Commons register to protect the area and prevent further attempts to develop it or extract minerals.
